1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of animegirlfriend.online (“the Site”), operated by Anime Girlfriend. By visiting the Site you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, or if you are under 18, stop using the Site now.

2. Adults only (18+)

The Site promotes adult-oriented AI companion entertainment and is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that adult content is legal to view where you are located.

3. What the Site is — and is not

The Site is an independent informational and promotional website: it describes anime-style AI girlfriend experiences and links to third-party services that provide them. The Site itself hosts no chat engine, no user accounts and no user-generated content. All product interfaces shown (visual-novel windows, route lists, character cards, statistics) are illustrative mock-ups.

4. Fictional characters

Every heroine, persona and character named or depicted on the Site is a fictional, AI-generated creation presented as an adult (19+). No real person is depicted or referenced; any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental. Character dialogue, statuses and statistics are illustrative fiction.

5. Third-party services

Links on the Site lead to partner platforms operated by third parties under their own terms, prices and policies. We do not operate those platforms and are not a party to any agreement you enter with them. Review their terms, age checks and privacy policies before registering or paying. Your use of any linked service is at your own risk.

6. Affiliate relationships

The Site participates in affiliate programs and may earn a commission when you follow a partner link and register or purchase, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never change our obligation to describe services accurately. See the Affiliate Disclosure page for details.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's original content — text, layout, graphics, character write-ups and code — belongs to Anime Girlfriend or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to the Site; you may not scrape, republish, or create derivative works from its content without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site if under 18; attempt to breach, probe or overload the Site or its infrastructure; scrape or bulk-download content, including for AI training; misrepresent affiliation with the Site; or use the Site to violate any applicable law. We may restrict access to protect the Site and its visitors.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Descriptions of partner services reflect our understanding at the time of writing; features and prices may change without notice. AI companions are entertainment software and are not a substitute for human relationships or professional care.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anime Girlfriend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill or profits, arising from your use of the Site or any linked third-party service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anime Girlfriend from any claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and contact
